We are all looking for a way to break the daily monotony. Gifts and surprises usually give us the joy of a respite and so does a holiday. In Surprise Holiday both combine to bring you the happiness of a free holiday, prepared with much care just for you.


How To Avail

This is an invitational offer for KKavion Encircle members only. You can become a member by filling in your details under Join The Club in the Encircle tab.

You can then place your request to avail of a Surprise Holiday by providing the requisite information under Your Query in the Surprise Holiday tab.

You would be offered a complimentary room night at any one of the participating properties via call and mail for a specific date.

The offer is only applicable for the date specified in your mail and must be availed of on short notice of 2 to 3 days by confirming with us.

The offer date cannot be rescheduled as it is subject to the availability of inventory.

The offer can be utilized by paying an administrative fee of ₹ 99/- after which a Confirmation Voucher would be issued.

Please ensure that you provide the Confirmation Voucher at the time of Check-in to avail of the offer.

Do note that the offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.

FAQs

A Surprise Holiday is the offer of a complimentary room night for a specific date. The offer can only be received by invitation once a year. You can relax in your room and enjoy your day off for free!

Surprise Holiday can only be availed by a member of KKavion Encircle. Membership into it allows more benefits than just this. You can find all its offerings on the Encircle tab and enquire about them by filling out your information under Join The Club.

Members would be offered a Surprise Holiday at the properties displayed on the Surprise Holiday tab under Participating Properties.

Only one room night is complimentary with this offer. If you wish to stay an additional day or two, standard member rates will apply for the room you’re staying at. Your stay is subject to the availability of accommodation and a surcharge may apply for premium days.

Other offers or discount coupons cannot be clubbed/combined with your Surprise Holiday. Apart from the discount provided by the offer, the visitor is responsible for the remaining charges.

If you are unable to accept the offer on the original day, it can be rescheduled again for different dates. However, if the offer is not utilized after being rescheduled twice, it will expire and you will have to submit a fresh request to avail of it again.

A Surprise Holiday can only be utilized once a year. Since inventory is subject to availability, you may not receive an offer at the exact time that you place a request. You can keep placing requests on the Surprise Holiday tab by filling out your details under Your Query till you have availed of the offer. This will allow us to know when you are free and extend the offer when we have the inventory ready for you.

The properties available to accommodate you on the date of your Surprise Holiday may differ from the one you select which is why the property cannot be selected as per your choice. All the properties enrolled with us maintain their standards and are sure to make you happy with their hospitality no matter where you go. Not deciding where you’d be spending your break opens up the possibility to retain the element of surprise and grant you a new holiday experience.
